The foundation is nearing completion

16 volunteers assisted laying the foundation on 2/27 with block masons Ed and Ron Cescutti. It was a nice mix of First Baptist Church and Thankful Baptist Church. All in all a total of 113 work hours were expended! We didn't quite finish, but will pick up on later in the week and have the foundation finished by around noon on Tuesday.

We had twice the number of volunteers needed for this phase, but the turn-out was a pleasant surprise on a cold morning. The project has gained steam and we fervently hope we can start the floor system next Saturday.
